The KE7HLR Clean-Up Project

The Incident Command System provides a uniform standard for incident management. One of the key components is a standardized method for getting information to the people who need it. A set of "standard" forms have been developed for gathering needed information and passing it to where it needs to be, but each agency seems to have its own version of these "standard" forms. While all the variants contain the same information, no two forms look or feel the same. Many are copies of copies; many have been reduced in size and don't fill the complete sheet of paper they're printed on. The KE7HLR Clean-Up Project is an effort to apply a uniform style of formatting to the layout of the variou "standard" ICS forms, as well as to apply this uniform style to other forms and paperwork useful in Emergency Communications work.
